Projects & websites

How workspaces, projects, and websites are organized in rewish.

rewish is organized around workspaces (organizations). Inside a workspace you create projects; each project holds websites and the feedback captured on them.

Workspace

A workspace owns:

  • Members and invites (roles)
  • Billing (when enabled)
  • Integrations (Asana, Jira, webhooks, API keys)

Administrators manage users and settings under Users and Organization.

Projects

A project is the main container: name, optional color, icon, and short description.

  • Projects are private by default
  • Workspace Administrators always have full access
  • Members and Clients need an explicit project membership

In the sidebar: Projects lists all projects; open one to manage its websites.

Websites

Under a project, Websites are sources (ProjectSource) — typically a live URL.

  • Covers are a 1440×900 homepage screenshot stored privately
  • Capture runs once on create; use Refresh cover or Upload cover to replace
  • List and board pages never recapture automatically

From Websites you can jump to the Board for that project.

Typical sidebar order:

  1. Projects
  2. Websites
  3. Feedback
  4. Board
  5. Widget
  6. Integrations

Board needs more horizontal space; other pages share the same content chrome.
